"My daughter and I stayed while visiting Rosalind Franklin University. We checked in around 8 pm and the lady at the desk seemed bothered by our late arrival. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, however our AC unit had to stay on constant fan in order for the room to stay cool. Breakfast was your typical hotel choices. "This is a bare bones hotel. There is nothing provided in the room except a bar of soap and a few towels. Good thing we brought our own shampoo and conditioner. There were not even and curtains and the blinds were broken in our room (they were missing the turning rod you use to close them) The staff is also not onsite 24/7 which was a first - I have never seen this at a hotel."

"Gross. No coffee, everything was broken and there was dried up puke on the floor. Housekeeping was awful. She missed trash under the sink. Duct tape on the air conditioner. Trash in lobby was overflowing. Unfortunately we booked through expediea and by the time was discovered how bad it was we had already paid. Pretty sure there was a rat in the vent also. We were there for our kid’s navy graduation and it was just yukky all the way around."
