"Host were great, very friendly and gave us the rundown and then left us for the entire stay to enjoy ourselves. Very private, and nature filled. Had a nice hike to the waterfall, still lovely even though the water wasn’t flowing because of the lack of rain. Spent our evenings in the screened in gazebo listening to the orchestra of frogs and insects. The kitchen was as described, as in had all the essential dishes you need, had a bbq. There’s a good outdoor sink for washing up. We brought a camp...

"Many reviews substantiate that Bedford Lake House is a 5 star property. Check-in, Facilities, Wi-fi, all first class. For our three-generation family of 7 including two young girls of 5 and 7 what made our stay so special. First, the view from the cottage over Devil Lake, the sunsets were amazing. Second, the flower and vegetable garden - where are young girls filled their buckets every day with ripe tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, peppers, beans, herbs, strawberries, beets .. the list goes on....

"The dock and water was spectacular and exactly what we wanted. The cottage had everything we needed and worked for 5 adults. The loft has quite low ceilings and the bathroom in the loft has no privacy but otherwise the property was fantastic. The BBQ, AC and wifi worked well. Scott was easy to communicate with. A lovely cottage and area."

"The stone cottage had a nice view of the lake, a fire pit, big tables for games and meals with family. Very relaxing and quiet. The loons on the lake were close by--loved their calls to each other! It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. If you have little children, the outdoor patio has a drop off that you would need to use caution with. We would definitly recommend this place. "

"This was a great space and perfect for our needs. The yurt was comfortable and the fire pit was great. Really awesome to have a nice table and grill and the hammock was comfortable. Good lights and drinkable water were plentiful. Will be back!"
