"We are a family for four with two kids age 11 and 7, stayed for 6 days. This hotel is family friendly, offers free activities like city walk with local tour guide, and craft arts etc. Right next to the subway station and Yu garden, and about 10 min walk to the Bund. Our room was large and clean, all the drinks and snacks are free, they even offer free laundry station. They also have a photographer on site! We really enjoyed staying here and would totally recommend it. "

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Service is excellent. Gold club room and lounge worth of every penny. Location directly onto the Bund with lots of shopping nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking for upmarket hotel in Shanghai and will certainly be back. Thank you to all the very helpful staff. "

"This hotel is perfect for those wanting to explore Shanghai or get rail links to further afield. There is building work going on in the area but there is in most of the city. Staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was tasty and plentiful. Rooms were very clean and supplied with toiletries, robes and slippers to make our stay more comfortable."
