Gorgeous room which was upgraded Some of the friendliest and helpful staff we have ever met namely David at the front desk John and Niko in concierge Sophia in guest relations Lisa in housekeeping on the 40th floor. Delicious breakfast which was plentiful each morning. Gym was small but with all the required equipment Pool wasn't heated but clean as were the steam rooms and jacuzzi. All our amenities were replenished daily and the room was kept...

"Nice, large, clean rooms. Very helpful doormen who were happy to help when we had issues/questions about ride share requests. We had a problem with reservations we made for seasonal afternoon tea. The promoted cherry blossom tea was not available when we showed up for a reservation we made that there was no record of. Several staff members would benefit from hospitality training. We found several lacking in basic knowledge about the hotel. Hotel would benefit from more English speaking staff."
