"I paid for my room for a week and ended up in the hospital for 3 days. when I came back they rented my room out and said it was because house cleaning went in 2 days in a row and it didn’t need cleaning so they checked me out . When I came back they gave me another room that had a clogged shower with overflowed all over the place. I stayed 3 nights and was charged for 8 . "

But, the employees at the desk asked me to pay ONCE AGAIN, telling me that the fee paid over Hotels.com would be refunded. That didn’t happen. Eventually I paid TWICE. And the hotel refused to refund. So, I was double-charged. I think this is a classic way to lure foreigners to pay more. The hotel even doesn’t answer the phone. If you don’t want to be scammed, please do not use this hotel."
