"Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. "

"From parking to being greeted at reception to being taken to our room we couldn’t have felt more welcome. We had room service for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant and the vegetarian and vegan options on both menus were superb. The spa was amazing and the family rooms with two floors were just perfect. The grounds in the Autumn time were stunning. I imagine a stay here at any time of year would be just as magical. Thank you for making our stay so special"

"All staff friendly, good atmosphere in the bar. Great food ate in the evening and breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and the fans were great in the heat. Slept well in the bed and there wasn't much noise from the road. No issues at all with the hotel, food or staff."

"Was not sure what to expect, but once we arrived was blown away. the service from the minute we arrived to when we checked out was amazing. The quality of the food was something you expect to find in top restaurants. Pub style garden with lots of comfy seating and class. Location was perfect, we will 100% be going back. "
