"I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia, which was very misleading. Our room key only worked about half the time, causing constant issues when trying to get into our room. We had three women staying in the room, so we needed extra towels, shampoo, and conditioner. When we requested more, we were told we needed to bring the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles to the front desk before receiving replacements. I have never been asked to do that...

"Staff was super helpful no matter what time of day. Our room key kept glitching out on the second night and the gentleman that helped us was attentive both times we had to get the keys reprogrammed. Breakfast was incredible, they had standard quick options as well as different hot items each morning. From waffles, pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy to fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, and cereal.
