"The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. What's even cooler is its off grid but you dont miss a thing.

"The place was quiet and relaxing. The pups loved it . They could run without worry of getting hit by cars . The hot tub was awesome and relaxing . My only issue no where to dry your hair or use a flat iron in bathroom and fridge way to small and it would be awesome to have a microwave or air fryer both small and easy to use other then that bed was comfortable lots of seating and even though it rained the whole time great food in the local places near by.
