"On checking in, the staff didn’t give much information. We were given keys to our room and that was it. I had to ask about dining options, no offer was made to help with luggage. We once stayed out a little after eleven and when we came back with the bus the entrance from the convenient stores were closed off and we had to walk all the way around, I had no problem with this since it seems to be a safety measure but a heads up from front desk on check in would have been nice to avoid the stress...

"This is my favorite hotel on HK island and it has always been my choice. Overall it is still good but I can see the room is aging. Aircon control is dated and toilet bowl is not a biget type. Looking forward to a more modernised room on my next visit "

"Stayed in the sea view room, the view is excellent. Although the interior of the room is a bit dated, generally is clean, with clean bed linens and towels, no smell. The shower leaks water into the floor, but the staff are quick to fix. There are transport available to nearby suburb Tsuen Wan, where there are huge shopping malls. Also free hotel shuttle to nearby MTR stations. In general is good value for the price, would stay here again."

"A wonderful place to stay. V quiet rooms with black out blinds made for a great sleep. Special touches like bath salts, a coffee machine with decaff pods, toiletries in a little drawer, Bluetooth speaker in the mirror, and of course the incredible rooftop pool - it was wonderful. We didn't sample the dining or have breakfast. Only one improvement would be to have more towels in the room, just one each, a hand towel would have been nice.
