Conveniently located at the north end of town, this spacious rental is locally owned by fish enthusiast who enjoy processing their own gourmet fish products. This rental is perfect for groups of fisherman who need easy access to the boat harbor for early morning fishing trips, as well as small families who want to enjoy the adventures of Seward in a quiet setting. The local grocery store is within walking distance as is the visitor center where the free Seward Shuttle stops to collect passengers. This means that even though this rental is not located downtown, it does not require a car to get just about anywhere!

could use a decent coffee maker

this place is in dire need of a new coffee maker or at least get the correct filters for it. nobody likes a cup of grounds before a day on the water. at least safeway down the street has a Starbucks. other then that it’s a nice place

We chartered a trip in Seward. The location was perfect for our stay. It met our needs.

Convenient, clean, spacious.

Apartment was clean, spacious and worked well for our group of 5. The extra "bedroom" with a futon besides the king bedroom was a fabulous extra perk. The 2-point access to the bathroom was also a great feature so that the person sleeping on the fold out in the living room did not have to go through the king bedroom to use the facilities. Appreciated the washer and dryer and really appreciated the management team- they communicated well and went out of their way to take care of us. We'd come back!

Comfortable and convenient to town.

Four of us came to Seward for a fishing adventure and spent 4 nights in this apartment. Don’t let the outside fool you, it’s very nice on the inside and looks like it’s been recently updated. We utilized the well equipped kitchen every night and took advantage of the brand new front load washer and dryer. They provided extra padding for the pull-out sofa bed and the bed in the game room, which was nice. The only negative I would say is that it’s located right on the main highway leading into town. During the day it was pretty noisy, especially with the windows open. At night, though, the traffic drops off significantly and was barely noticed once we closed the windows. We would definetly consider staying here again.
