Blueberry Haven - At the Base of Mt. Marathon

(Note - 11% sales/lodging tax is included in nightly rate)

Enjoy Blueberry Haven - a two story townhouse at the base of Seward's Mount Marathon. The upper floor, with living area, kitchen, and half bath, has lots of natural light with large windows and a sliding glass door. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen w/peninsula and the deck with barbecue grill and table and chairs. In the evening, relax around the outdoor fire pit.

Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the ground floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds; sleeps four adults comfortably (add'l fee over four guests). There is an inflatable mattress/bedding available as needed for children.

Just a 10-15 minute walk to the Alaska SeaLife Center, downtown shops, waterfront trail, and harbor area. During the summer, Seward's free shuttle stops three blocks away. For runners and hikers, the townhouse is next to the Mount Marathon runner's trail and only three blocks from the hiker's trail.

Very cute and clean space. Nothing too fancy but fully functional. It had everything you need. Very short walk to downtown Seward. It was more than enough for our 1 night stay. Did not really communicate with the hosts simply because it was not needed. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Good location in Seward that is quiet yet convenient to all points of interest. Saw Northern Lights right from the upstairs balcony. Host very accommodating. Unit was comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely start again if we go to Seward again.

Exactly as described, with some extras! We loved the kitchen, everything we needed was included, even some extra cooking supplies like oil, hot cocoa, seasonings, etc. Location is perfect, quiet street walking distance to everything in town. Comfy beds, nice bathroom, this was perfect!!

Alaska road tripping for 2 weeks!

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. The only thing missing was wine glasses. We found some at the hardware store and left them there. : ) We walked to town and down to the harbor many times. Make sure and play dominoes with the little animal dominoes... its a hoot!

Perfect for Us

We stayed here for the July 4 Mt Marathon Race. Three of us ran in the race, and this place was right on the race course and so, Perfect for Us! We've stayed here in the past, and it is a super clean VRBO. The hosts are the best.

Family visit to Seward

Right on the edge of town but still with easy access the downtown and everything Seward has to offer. The home had plenty of room for our family of 5. The house is clean and well maintained. Hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony as well (when the weather is clear enough!).

Lots of blueberries (as advertised)! Everything about it was very well thought out, with great attention to small details. For instance, there was a hook available for every person in the bathroom, and five towels for our five guests! All appliances were working and the entire place was extremely charming. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Cute, comfy and convenient to shops and activities in Seward. We were able to park the car and walk to things we wanted to do, Kenai Fjord Tours, Sea Life Center, walking trail, shops... etc. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of kitchenware. Easy check in & out process. Quiet area. Nice stay, would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Seward in the future.
