You will be 1 hour from the Atlantic coast and its beaches, 15 minutes from Cholet (with its Ribou leisure park, its large L'Autre Usine complex with many activities such as karting, escape games, sports, etc.), 40 minutes from Nantes and its famous machines de l'île, 30 minutes from the Boissière du Doré zoo and 35 minutes from Puy du Fou. Not forgetting the famous Hellfest festival in Clisson, which is only 25 minutes from the gîte!

The accommodation, entirely on one level, consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto the dining area and the living room, a bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and vanity unit as well as a separate toilet. The second bed is located in the living room in a quality 140 cm X 190 cm sofa bed. Outside, a large terrace accessible from the living room allows you to take your meals in the open air and to have barbecues during the summer period.

300 meters from the cottage is a small private pond surrounded by nature ideal for fishing, relaxation and barbecues. You can fish for carp, roach and pike there... A little further is the river "La Moine": beautiful walks in perspective!

The cottage is adjoining another cottage that can accommodate 4 to 7 people (H49G015760 - La Pierre Bleue B). By renting both cottages, you can gather up to 11 people spread over the two cottages. The outdoor spaces remain well separated, not overlooked and private, as is the parking lot.
Non-private washing machine, to be shared with the neighboring cottage in a laundry room attached to the cottages. High chair and baby bed available on request.
Included in the rental price: electricity, heating, Wi-Fi internet connection. For teleworkers, possibility of connecting directly by Ethernet to enjoy a fast connection!
