SPECTACULAR 3 BEDROOMS HOUSE, 2 PRIVATE TERRACES.<br>

  • Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors.

    On the first floor we have:
    -Bedroom 1 with king size bed (1.50m x 1.90m)
    -Generous open plan modern kitchen dinner and lounge area which is great for family/friends entertaining and hang out together. We have brought the old walls and you can see the unique and original bricks of the house. It has a pleasant space that will make you feel at home.
    -Bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    On the second floor we have:
    -Two bedrooms.
    Bedroom 2 with a king size bed (1.50m x 2m) floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the famous street, Calle Castilla, table and two chairs.
    Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m).
    -Fully equipped bathroom with a walk in double shower.
    -Laundry cupboard with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products.

    From this second floor we have access to one of the beautiful terraces from where we access to the third floor which is our gorgeous very large roof terrace, one of the amazing points of this property, the highlight! With a seating area where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest al fresco, enjoy a nice breakfast or a great dinner after visiting the city.

    We will do our best for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville.



    El alojamiento

    Nuestra linda casa está dividida en 3 plantas.

    - En la primera podrán disfrutar de 1 dormitorio con una cama doble.

    Un salón comedor desde el que podremos divisar la Cocina, y que junto a la pared de ladrillos original de la vivienda, crea un espacio agradable y único que les hará sentirse como en casa.

    Esta planta también contiene un baño totalmente equipado.

    - En la segunda planta tenemos dos dormitorios. Uno con cama doble y otro con dos camas individuales.

    En esta segunda planta también disponemos de un baño igualmente equipado como el anterior.

    Para finalizar con la 2ª planta, uno de los atractivos de la casa, una preciosa terraza desde la cual accederemos a la tercera y última planta , que es otra preciosa terraza en la cual podrán disfrutar de un merecido descanso al aire libre.

    En ella deseamos que pasen una agradable y cómoda estancia en Sevilla.
    Nosotros pondremos todo nuestra atención y cariño para que así sea.

This apartment has a great layout and is super well-decorated; we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Good location for walking around the city and extremely helpful and responsive host.

Beautiful home in a great area. The house was big enough for our six family members and a great resting spot after long adventures during the day. Many things around it in the Triana area. Samuel is a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. Will recommend it to others who come to Seville!

Such a beautiful place in Triana Seville - Samuel was very responsive with great recs for tapas & places to see - we had a wonderful stay - so appreciated welcome fruit/ snacks & the covered rooftop terrace! Quiet, fun neighborhood just over the bridge from a great run/ walk trail & city center! Thank you so much for a great place to rest & relax while enjoying Seville!

We loved our stay. Our host was very welcoming, he gave good local recommendations, the house was extremely comfortable and we loved the neighborhood. We would definitely return in the future.

Outstanding place to stay in a great neighborhood that is close to everything.Everything was first rate and worked great.Beds were comfortable, clean and the AC worked great even in very hot days. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

Great apartment and we loved Tirana as an area. Felt super safe and very food focused. Little tapas bar underneath the apartment is very friendly and you can grab a nice bit of simple tapas too. Information from the owner was plentiful and very helpful.

This apartment house is amazing. It is furnished with relaxed, mediterranean decor and is very well equipped with everything you need and very spacious. Beds are comfortable and the outdoor spaces are really nice, but was a little too hot when we were there to use as we wanted. The host was very responsive to all of our needs. The location in Triana was neighborhood like and close to the Mercado as well as the river and across the bridge from Centro.We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family of 6 with 2 small children. There even books and games at the apartment. All the details were though of at this property.

This place was wonderful. It is located a bit away from the busy tourist area so it was quiet and the upstairs balcony was a restful haven for siesta's.

Wonderful!

Wonderful two night get away in Seville. The place in Triana was adorable and super convenient to all amenities. Kitchen was well appointed and bedrooms were big enough and comfortable. Would stay again!

It’s a beautiful apartment in a lovely areas. We were attending a wedding so sadly only spent a little time in the apartment but there are restaurants and shops nearby and the balcony on the apartment is amazing.

Beautiful apartment in Sevilla

The apartment was more than we could have ask for! Great Hosts, provided everything you need and more! Very well appointed and a pleasure to stay in. Spacious outdoor areas, very clean throughout and in an excellent location. Highly recommended for a stay in Sevilla!
