This luxurious, high-quality apartment is fully furnished and equipped, located in the heart of Seville. It consists of a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a cozy living room (with a double sofa bed), and a fully equipped independent kitchen.

Both the living room and the bedroom have direct access to one of the private terraces, which is spacious and furnished with garden furniture, a dining table and chairs, and a sofa area. From this terrace, an elegant spiral staircase leads to the second private terrace, even larger, set up as a sunbathing area to enjoy the sun. The views of the Cathedral are simply unbeatable, offering a unique and exclusive experience.

The street García de Vinuesa, where the apartment is located, is one of the most prestigious and well-known in Seville. It is a quiet and safe area, yet vibrant, with a wide selection of popular shops and restaurants. Additionally, it is only a few meters from the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Royal Alcázar, allowing you to easily walk to all the main attractions of the city.

A great location, a great apartment

We stayed in Seville for two weeks and enjoyed this apartment very much. The interior was as represented in the pictures. There is an elevator. It was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking easy. The appliances were very modern and worked well. We were pleased to have a washing machine and dishwasher. The patio has a lovely view and comfortable furniture.. Our guest relations manager from Genteel Home, Cristina, helped us a lot, and we appreciated her attentiveness. We would recommend this apartment for a couple who want to be in close proximity to the Cathedral and many bars and restaurants. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Seville. It is in the heart of Seville, near the Cathdral and Alcazar. It is also a 5-10 min walk to the riverfront. We especially enjoyed the terrace in the cool of the evenings. The property manager was very responsive The property is on a lively street but we never found noise to be a problem.

Such a great trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the month of May. The apartment was comfortable and the location was #1 – with a lot of time out on the balcony. The awnings that roll out were critical for us to stay out on the balcony and to keep the sun from heating the apartment during the day. We were able to walk to so many of the attractions, restaurants, markets, and shopping. One particularly useful feature is that taxis go down the one-way street on a frequent basis. Step outside, wait for a white taxi with a green light on top, and raise your hand. And there’s always something going on along the street (such as religious parades complete with two bulls) so it’s very entertaining. We never tired of the view of the Cathedral and Giralda. There’s a wonderful Italian restaurant beside the entry to the apartment building and a great Portuguese pasteis de nata shop across the little street. We had to buy a few things for the kitchen like a wine bottle opener, wine glasses, and a dish to use to cook in the oven (thanks to the little Asian shop across the street) but in general the kitchen and apartment were adequately furnished. It was just beginning to get quite hot as we were leaving but the air conditioner kept the apartment comfortable. Since we were there so long, the company provided free modest cleaning services and this was extremely useful and helpful. There were a few maintenance issues but they were dealt with fairly quickly. We would definitely go back.

Great location but in disrepair

While the place is in a great location and with two nice areas of patios, the place was not very clean, most of the furniture was in disrepair (stained, old, broken— including some of the patio furniture). The pictures are not accurate at all in terms of the furniture / decor etc. it’s extremely overpriced as a result and disappointing that basic maintenance has not been conducted for this price point.

We loved the double terrace (main reason we got this rental)! But it does need a bit of a cleaning. They had a washer but wish there was a clothes line or somewhere to hang the clothes to dry besides over the railing. Not the most luxury unit but clean and well kept. Great location with everything we needed. Parking was about an 8 minute walk away. Only complaint was the pull out sofa (a brand new one was put in during our stay) but it wasn't very comfortable. My kids are 9 and 11 so it still worked ok for our family but older kids would likely be uncomfortable on that couch. Great views. A bit noisy with the street and cathedral bells but you do get the view of the cathedral so a compromise worth it!!

Fantastic experiemce

This apartment is one of the best i've stayed in. Its not massive inside but more than adequate for 2 people and has a superb outdoor facilty including a sunbathing deck with 2 sunbeds on the roof and sofas and table outside the lounge . Its in a fabulous position right next to giralda. We stayed mid november and enjoyed 25 degs of pure sunshie so the sunbeds came in handy. Would definitely book this apartment again

Wonderful apartment with two private roof decks

This is the perfect apartment in the perfect location. Walk everywhere: the cathedral, tram, metro, tapas, bars, coffee, groceries, clothes shopping, etc. The two private roof decks are magical: the lower deck is great for people watching and the upper deck is great for lounging in the sun. My only criticism would be the hot water is very short lived, so we learned to take very short showers.

Ubicación inmejorable, casa muy bien cuidada y limpia con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. Lo único mejorable el sofá cama.
