All the bedrooms, as well as the living and dining room are provided with air conditioning and heating. All the beds have top quality beds. The wifi works well in the whole house and its use is free. Beside the entrance hall is bedroom#1 with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there is the large main double bedroom with two single beds placed together, double closet and en-suite batroom with shower.
On the second floor, there are bedroom #3 and the living and dining room with the kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The living room has a large (200x160cms) and comfortable double sofa-bed for 2 additional guests, 4 armchairs and a dining table. There are 2 extra beds available, that can be placed in the largest bedroom (the one on the first floor) upon request. There are also a baby cot and a high chair available upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with all modern appliances (stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses).
The terrace has exceptional views to the Giralda tower. It is provided with a table with chairs, deck chairs and a shower. The laundry is aside (washing machine, iron with iron table and lines to hang the clothes, both inside and outside).
