"Clean room and a Cane’s within short walking distance (the parking lot)! Bonus when you’re tired from a long drive. It was a safe area, which was important being a single woman traveling with a dog and driving a Uhaul. There is a walking trail to the back of the hotel that leads to the apts next door which made for a nice evening walk with the dog. "

"Was a very nice and clean stay. The rooms were huge, even had a dishwasher in the room, which was a nice amenity even though we did not use it. The bathrooms were very large as well. The only negative thing about this was the breakfast did not look that great. They also have lobby coffee that was available at anytime which was a nice perk"

"The property was clean and beautiful with comfortable beds, excellent room amenities, and a large bathroom. Every area of the property was tastefully decorated. We enjoyed walking through Meadowbrook Park and ate breakfast twice at The Market. The pool is small but we had it to ourselves in the morning! Looks out onto a lake with a fountain…peaceful. Beautiful fire pit areas and patios all around to enjoy the outdoors. This will definitely be where we stay for future KC visits. "

"Staff friendly. Easy check in.Great breakfast. Room very clean. Only complaint bath towels stored on a rack inside shower that is very high and I couldn't reach them. Luvkily my husband is tall. But our room was an ADA room...how could a person in a wheelchair have managed? Otherwise excellent property very convenient location and we will go there again."

"Very nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Room service was great. Good portions of food from the burger spot inside of the restaurant. We traveled with our 2 dogs and there are lots of green spaces around the hotel for your pets. "

"Enjoyed a quiet stay of 2 nights and 2 very nice breakfasts Both evenings we took advantage of the outdoor seating. Enjoyed meeting folks from around the USA. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"This boutique hotel is wonderful. This is no staff there and you have a keyless entry with just a code. Very quiet and great location to the Art Center and country Club Plaza."
