    will immediately feel right at home here! Snuggle by the wood-burning fireplace or unwind in the hot tub as you take in the scenery. From the deck, enjoy the gorgeous early morning sunrise, long-range mountain vistas, and the sparkling lights of Pigeon Forge at night—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.



    Sleeping Arrangements: Oliver Overlook comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The main level has a queen bedroom. The loft features a king bedroom with its own private bathroom and a game room with a futton.



    Location & Access: The cabin is easily accessible with only three steps to the front door. Conveniently located off Wears Valley Road, just 5 miles from Pigeon Forge, Oliver Overlook offers the perfect balance of seclusion and proximity to attractions, shopping, and dining.



    Perfect For: A family vacation, a honeymoon, an anniversary, a girls getaway! Oliver Overlook is the ideal retreat to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.



    Things to Do Nearby: Dollywood, Splash Country,Dolly’s Stampede Dinner Show, The Smokey Mountain National Park, Cades Cove, zip line adventures, hiking, dining, shopping,

    grocery stores.



    Nearby Gatlinburg: Ripley’s Aquarium, the Sky-lift, MountainCoaster, Snow Skiing and Tubing.



    Be Safe: Mountain roads can become hazardous or impassable in snow and ice. The last 1/4 mile to the cabin is a steep, curvy, one-lane, paved private road. Normally, a 2-wheel drive is sufficient, but inclement weather requires a 4-WHEEL/ALL-WHEEL DRIVE. In the winter, we highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE in case mountain roads are

    impassable due to snow or ice.

    BE AWARE- You are in Bear Country, do not feed bears or leave food in cars. Lock the car door.

    BRING YOUR OWN - Charcoal for grilling and Firewood for the wood-burning fireplace in winter.

    NO PETS - $300 fine and asked to leave

    KEEP IN TOUCH - If you have any problem, let us know while you are there, we will try our best to solve it.

    GUEST LIMIT- 6 Guests maximum, including children; if exceeded, the fine is $100 per guest.

    VEHICLES - Motorcycles and trailers are not recommended or safe.

The view is the most spectacular view! We woke up every morning with a beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin was perfect. We even had a visit from a furry friend.

The overall time spent was great! The cabin was perfect for our girls getaway. The view could not have been anymore beautiful. Communication from Lisa was great. Gave accurate directions to get there and additional information about a momma bear in the area that we got to see first hand within the 1st hour of being there. Overall highly recommend and would stay there again!

Great stay! Perfect place for our family. We really loved the great view and enjoyed watching beautiful sunrises. Great location too, not too far of a drive to get to main attractions. Host was also very fast to respond to any questions we had!

What a beautiful and cozy cabin that comes with a GORGEOUS view! My family and I truly enjoyed our time at this location. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, taking in the views, or playing games upstairs with another amazing view of the mountains. A family of black bears hung out around on us the first day, a mama bear and her 3 cubs. They were a joy to watch! The beds were very comfortable, and for me that says a lot when I tend to have backaches while traveling. The location was secluded enough for my preference, but was surprisingly only 10-15min from all sorts of attractions and things to do. I would highly recommend this location for your next trip!

Wonderful experience all around. The mountain view from the deck was the best part of the whole week! Everything was clean. There were a couple of dry goods items that were missing but the host was very responsive and the problem quickly fixed.

Cabin was exactly how advertised. Amazing views and the hot tub was perfect. It was our first vacation with our 7 month daughter and it was great! Would highly recommend.

A great escape, morning coffee watching the sunrise and auiet evenings on the deck watching the sunset was a perfect way to unplug from our everyday chaos. Cabin was clean and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The water was odorless, clear and tasted fine. There was so much you could do in the area without having to go very far at all which was a welcome surprise. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be planning a return visit.

Cabin was in an excellent location. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, utensils, linens. Washer & dryer for extended stays is always essential for us so that was great. The views were amazing. If you like views this place is for you & we recommend taking the scenic routes to get to it!
