We strive to put quality linens, supplies, decor, and entertainment in the cabin so that our cabin can serve many families for many years. We also partner with the best cleaners in town to make sure you have a clean and comfortable stay!
The TVs are all Roku Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided.
We provide a high chair and pack-n-play along with eating ware for the littles.
Note that the second bedroom is a queen over queen bunk bed.
The whole cabin and outdoor space is yours :) the long driveway has plenty of parking.
No pets are allowed in this property.
We are available 24/7 via message and do our best to respond to all messages quickly so that you can enjoy your stay!
Reminder of our CANCELLATION POLICY:
We stick to our cancellation policy for every booking. Including for weather related or power outage issues. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking. When you make a booking, it blocks our calendar off so we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure we can continue to operate the property profitably and provide a great experience for all guests. Requests to change your dates are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask us to cancel or change your dates, we will point you to this on our listing description as well as the multiple reminders to purchase travel insurance that we send prior to your stay.
Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. While the calendar may allow you to book a check-out on these dates, you will be required to adjust your stay accordingly. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to cancel any affected reservations.

If you bring more humans than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged the designated per human per night fee.

- Please empty the fridge and take all trash to the bear proof cans by the driveway
- We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc.
EXCHANGE OF MONEY AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.
Cabin Rental Agreement:
First and foremost, Relax, Breathe, Laugh, Love and Live.
1. Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. $200 smoking fee will be charged if we find evidence of this activity.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. If you plan to party do not book this cabin. It is our home and you must treat it with respect.
4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Use of the surrounding community areas including any sort of swimming or water facility (if applicable) is the sole risk or the renter, guest, and their guests.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted, and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed.
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7. Pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you bring a pet and any incident happens with your pet and a neighbor, any human, or any other being, living or non-living, the homeowners are not liable. DO NOT BRING A PET. $200 fee will be charged if we catch you bringing a pet to the property.
8. Parking: Number of vehicles is not allowed to exceed the number indicated in the listing. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Parking in the neighbor’s driveway is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen, we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.
10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator. Place used towels in the bathtub. Do not wash towels prior to departure. Please leave sheets and comforters on the beds.
11. Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure.
12. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper bear-proof garbage receptacle, located near the driveway. Please do not stuff the bear box so full that it’s impossible to remove the bags, and please do not leave any loose trash in the bear box.
13. Hot Tub: [No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain,
sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm
until later that evening. [DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. Hot tub covers are for
insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you
may be charged for replacement.] Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub
will stay warm. Be careful on the steps. Hot tub steps are prone to wobble and get slippery.
14. Septic: The cabin is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.

15. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. [Mountain roads can be curvy and steep although the roads to our cabin are pretty gentle and easy. We highly recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
16. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, pool table, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. It is our home. Treat it as if it were your own.
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb, VRBO or any other means assigns your consent to everything listed within this document.
Please note that each half hour after check out time that you’re not out of the property is subject to a $50 charge. An additional $50 will accrue at the beginning of each new half hour. Our cleaning teams often have multiple cabins to clean in the same day. We often have guests checking in on the same day as your check out. When you delay your check out, we incur costs in the form of return trip fees for the cleaning team or potential delayed check ins for the next guests.
Fee for mailing forgotten items is $75 to compensate our cleaners for the time and cover shipping costs.
We don't ask our guests to complete any cleaning checklist items. We do however expect guests to be respectful of our property and not be disgusting. Examples of disrespect include leaving lots of trash on the floors or in the bedrooms, stains all over sheets, undisclosed broken items, etc. If the dirtiness requires a deep clean as determined by our cleaning team, we will provide documentation and reserve the right to pass along the deep clean charge to you of $100-$200 depending on the extent of the dirtiness.
