Location / Parking / Roads:
Located in the peaceful Nicoha Log Home Community, this property offers a semi-secluded mountain setting while remaining just a short drive from the Smokies' popular attractions, dining, and entertainment. The property features a large private lot with a gated driveway and parking for up to 3 vehicles.
The drive to the property is fully paved and generally easy to navigate, with no 4WD vehicle required under normal conditions. Along the way, you'll pass beautiful valley views and rolling farmland before continuing along winding country roads through the peaceful mountain community.
There are no streetlights along the route, so arriving after dark can be challenging. We recommend driving slowly and following your GPS closely to ensure you don't miss any turns.
For added convenience, a Dollar General is approximately 2.5–3 miles away, while larger grocery stores like Kroger and Publix are about 7 miles away. You'll also find a local favorite for breakfast and lunch just down the road, making it easy to grab a bite before heading out to explore.

Local Fun:
Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.
