Perfect for fun family vacations, special occasions, team trips, and more, this Smoky Mountain cabin offers the comforts of home – but upgraded – spectacular mountain views, games, luxury amenities, and so much more.

As you relax in the lodge-like living room, enjoy the fantastic views through the large windows all around. Unwind with Wi-Fi or a big screen TV, stroll along the decks for some fresh air and views, chat and gather around the firepit, or climb into the bubbling hot tub for a soothing soak. Back inside, splash around in the private indoor pool that boasts an island, a grotto, color-changing lights, waterfalls, a bridge, and a raised spa area.

Movie night gets an upgrade in the private home theater that has theater-style seating and a massive movie screen! The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances (double), dishes, cooking tools, and all you'll need (minus the ingredients) for great meals, snacks, and drinks. We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lodge. We did have a few problems that need to be aware of: more on maintaince than anything else. We were told the day before we arrived that the lights in the pool didn’t work, upon arriving there was a problem with the cold water knob on one of the kitchen sinks keep falling off,the knob on the washing machine was missing,several of the mattresses in the bedrooms were terrible( sloping).Only one Jet in the spa pool worked others didn’t.On our last night there it rained, my son and daughter in law woke up to a wet bed at 4:00 in the morning where the roof leaked .Also went by the instructions to check out and lock the door, we tried in at least 8 times and it would not lock. We called and let them know the door lock wasn’t working and about the roof leaking. We are not complaining just wanted to let you know that a few things that need repairing As we understand that clean up people wouldnt be maybe aware of while cleaning.

The views were beautiful! The pool was fantastic and so was the hot tub. The kids loved the theater. There were a bunch of ladybugs though, but apparently they’re a protected species in Tennessee. There were some bed linens missing, but management sent us some asap.

Although the house is beautiful we had lots of issue. The indoor pool area is so humid it was un usable. Both refrigerator were broke, we had showers that would not drain one of the bedroom leaked, television did not work. SloeOwnersow erwerr slowwe

Perfect for large groups!

We really enjoyed our stay this past weekend at Sky River Lodge. The house and view are beautiful! We had a couple issues as far as appliances not working and the HVAC went out. When they came to repair the HVAC, we found out that the issue was known about prior to our arrival. I wish we would have known so we could accommodate around the children since it got pretty warm. However, we would stay again!!

Gorgeous view

Positives : This cabin is perfect for a large family. Each bedroom has adjoinjg bathrooms which is very nice. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 coffee pots & 2 dishwashers. This was super convenient. Probably one of its best features iis the gorgeous view while sitting on a massive deck in front of a gas fire pit. Negatives : The LED lights were out on one side of the indoor fireplace , there is no electric can opener & the one manual one we found was broken. Some of the jets in the hot tub were not working, one of the upstairs bedroom ceiling was leaking. No way was the pool 85*. It was cold & temperature control was locked. Overall it was a great experience.

Lovely house but not clean

This property is lovely but has some issues. Upon arrival we found empty propane tanks, which were hard to refill due to dark hours. Shower curtains had mold and toilet seat was loose in few washrooms. No extra trash bags, laundry pods, hand soap or dishwasher pods provided. There was vape found in the pool. The money charged did not meet our expectations.
