Splash Haven is a BRAND NEW cabin located just a short drive to all the entertainment the area has to offer. Featuring 3 King Bedrooms (2 of which are Master Suites), bunk room, 2 large decks with Hot Tub, fun game room and the indoor heated saltwater pool there is plenty of fun and space for everyone.

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.

- Bears are dangerous

-Pool is set to 85 degrees. Due to sanitation requirements we cannot increase the temperature. The pool is 4 foot deep, absolutely NO diving. Use the pool AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- We do not offer late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per.

- We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

My family stayed and had a wonderful 4 night trip! The house was exactly as described- very clean and beautiful! We had a question to which the owners responded nearly immediately! We would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend this location enough!

Quiet, comfortable, and clean

We couldn't have found a better place. It was quiet with a beautiful view. The entire cabin was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained and happy. It's also close to most activities in the city. The owners are easy to get in contact with and friendly. Our family loved it! Would stay again!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for 11 nights. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The living room with the fireplace, covered deck, and pool were especially enjoyable. Communication with the owner was good.

Stayed at Splash Haven while taking in Dollywood

We loved Splash Haven and will not hesitate to book again the next time we visit Sevierville and Dollywood. Kyle was very quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful. The cabin was beautiful, and we enjoyed our two-night stay!

Perfect for a group trip!

Great Place for Family!

This cabin is super convenient to everything! Very clean and a great layout. We were traveling with adults, a 3 year old, and teens and everyone enjoyed themselves. Communication with hosts was top notch. They made sure everything was taken care of. A great experience!

Fabulous!

Kyle’s cabin is as described in the listing and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the main living area is very cozy.The beds are very comfortable. My granddaughters loved the bunk beds. Bathroom are ver6 spacious.Don’t pass this up!!

Smoky Mountain Haven

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The cabin is beautiful with comfy beds, comfy couches, and all the amenities you need. We had so much fun in the pool and game room. The two decks had amazing views and were a great spot to take in nature. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Kyle and Steph for sharing your cabin with us!

Wonderful property

We stayed 2 nights.. on the way down we realized we would arrive a little early so I messaged the owner and they were great about letting show up a little early. The cabin was beautiful with lots of fun things for the teen boys to enjoy. My husband and I enjoyed have some down time to relax and enjoy the store close by. We had an amazing relaxing weekend. The owner messaged us and asked how the stay was to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be staying again in the future.

Perfect family getaway for all ages

This home was outstanding. Room for everyone in our group. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans. Could use some more cooking utensils. But minor issue. Location is a tad out of the way but we didn’t mind that too much as we like hanging at the cabin. We have a wonderful Christmas with family and will be back!!

Cabin Away From Home Cabin

Wonderful stay. Everything was as promised and the photos were accurate. Clean and comfortable. The pool was a hit with our 7 year old granddaughter. We had several exciting basketball games. The jacuzzi was perfect after long days of walking. The hosts responded promptly to our questions but most questions were answered in the welcome email.

Kyle and Steph made our holiday grand !

What a gem of a property. So so stunning and with so many amenities for the whole family to enjoy and have fun. I felt that the location was absolutely perfect as I was looking for something quiet tucked into the mountains to get the full effect of Thanksgiving. Everything was very close if you wanted to get more of the hustle and bustle of touristy Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. Kyle and Steph were extremely gracious hosts, very accommodating and very responsive. As a vacation rental host I'm very sensitive to that and they were so caring and professional. I highly recommend staying here for your next getaway.

Could have never left the cabin

Family trip, consisting of kids and grandkids ages 3-8. Grandkids would have been fine never leaving the cabin. Between the pool and game room they had a blast. Highly recommend if traveling to the area.

FANTASTIC TIME

We had such a great time, something for everyone. Spacious ,clean, comfortable beds. Awesome amenities pool was a splash. I will definitely try to stay again next time I visit Gatlinburg.

Scenic and Relaxing

We had a wonderful visit. The house and furnishings are beautiful, very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room and the outdoor decks. Short distance to main tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. Would love to visit another time.
