    🐾 -> PETS: This property is dog-friendly! Please keep in mind our pet fee, which is $50 per dog per night. We allow up to 4 dogs for any booking. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking. If a pet is added after the time of booking, a payment request will be sent for the pet fee.
    ♨️ -> HOT TUB: A hot tub is available on the 3rd floor deck that is cleaned and maintained routinely. Spa chemicals are available in the cabinet by the theater room and we recommend adding 1 scoop daily following use. Ensure the cover is put back on and buckled when not in use.
    🗑️ -> TRASH INFO: Trash bins are located in a locking, bear-proof metal cage by the front driveway. Please be sure to bag all trash, place inside the bins in the metal cage, and keep this locked to avoid unwanted animals. Bins will be emptied after checkout. Should trash need to be emptied during your stay, a $50 house call for trash removal can be requested.

    📄 The Booking Guest must be at least 21 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.

    Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with Great Escapes Homes. We use an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez, and will provide guests an OwnerRez Rental Agreement link to the rental agreement after booking.

    Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 20 people for this property.

The property was wonderful for a large group.There wZ plenty of room for everyone and the cabin was furnished perfect with blankets and kitchen accessories. We diffently will come back! Lynn the host was very helpful and made the booking very easy and even checked on us while we were there.

We had 3 generations of family stay in Lynn’s cabin. It worked great. Plenty of space. Easy to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Nice views of the mountains. You can even see the Dollywood fireworks at night.

No internet the entire stay. Remotes were not working for TVs. Trash under beds and cigarette butts everywhere. Electrical outlets in bedrooms were not working. This is the first cabin we’ve stayed in to have such terrible cleanliness.

Easy check in, clean place, great locale

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of things to do, kept us from going to town and spending money at all the tourists traps! 13 of us stayed and had plenty of room and we were not on top of each other. Movie night in the large theater room was the highlight next to the second floor game room that kept us busy many hours and off our phones and connected with each other.

This trip was planned as a Christmas gift for our children and grandchildren. Although it was a wet rainy mess most of the trip. There was plenty for the kiddos to do in the cabin. The main living area was a little small for all of us to sit together, there was room on each floor for us to spread out. Communication with the host was outstanding. Check in was effortless. The cabin had everything we need in the kitchen. Great place to stau.
