  • ATTENTION: We want to ensure you that our cleaners are following Government guidelines to protect you as a guest and themselves from COVID-19. Cleaners are using 99.9% alcohol to clean the entire cabin. This includes door knobs, remotes, keypads, light switches, faucets, sinks, etc.



    This delightfully decorated and amply furnished log cabin is a great find. Joyful Memory cabin is conveniently located only minutes from downtown pigeon forge off of wears valley rd. (light #3). Surrounded by woods will make it a perfect setting for a romantic getaway or honeymoon. This cabin is also great for a family getaway.

    The private bedroom offers you a king size bed, jacuzzi tub and full bath. Step outside onto the screened in deck and relax in the hot tub.

    The living room includes a queen sofa sleeper, 32' flat screen Roku tv, and gas log fireplace.

    Enjoy the screened in deck with rockers and the hot tub.

    Other amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, gas grill, washer and dryer.

    Our cabin is only a short walk to the lake.


    Located 10 minutes from downtown pigeon forge and 15 minutes from Gatlinburg. With shopping, Dollywood, Splash country, dining, hiking, live theater, arcades, horseback riding, ziplines, skiing, amusement parks, water parks, and much more just minutes away. You will certainly have plenty to do.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this location. After a busy day about, the hot tub was wonderful and the king size bed very comfortable. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. It also had a jacuzzi! We had a slight problem with the Roku tv and called Cindy who answered right away and were able to take care of it over the phone. And it was our inexperience with Roku, not an actual problem with the tv!

We enjoyed the quaint cabin surrounded by trees for privacy. It was very clean and well maintained. Our only issue was the water smelled bad, I believe it is because of the iron from the well water. We used bottle water to brush our teeth. That may be common for the area, we were just not expecting that. Also, it says 6 miles to town but it is curvy roads and took us about 15 minutes; not a big deal but wanted to make that clear. I would stay again, just be prepared for the water issue.

Cabin was nicely furnished. Host responded quickly when we needed info. It was just the 2 of us and we had plenty of room. Unless you are VERY familiar with the area, do not plan to arrive after dark. If you miss a turn, it’s very challenging to turn around. When I accessed the maps through Vrbo, it put in the wrong house number.
