Our family was able to all come and stay so comfortably. Grandkids had a great time. Loved the game room. Got to see a bear which made the trip. Would love to be able to stay again!

After digging through hundreds of potential places to stay I settled on this property. It provides everything I wanted at a price that didn't make me pay for a list of things I didn't want or wouldn't use. We had an amazing stay. Everything was as described, which isn't always the case in my experience. When we did have to call for assistance they were prompt and even sent out a representative after the fact to ensure everything was indeed good to go. Will book again if available. 5 stars.Just for FYI my must provide for the trip were as follows:5 separate bedrooms with full privacyopen main floor - living room into kitchen-both horizontally & verticallyfull kitchen with large dining room tableClose enough to Knoxville for UT graduationadequate bathrooms/showersadequate parking for 6 vehicle
