Dollywood Delight: Your Smoky Mountain Home Base!

This tranquil garden-level getaway with private access will provide the relaxing spot you'll need after a day of fun at Dollywood, or hiking in the Smoky Mountains. You'll find a large screen TV with cable channels, Netflix and Prime Video. There is also a Blu Ray Player and a small selection of movies.

The kitchenette is outfitted with a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, ice maker and other appliances and kitchenware to make your stay easy and convenient. We provide coffee, tea and an honor basket with snacks and soda. There are games, puzzles, toys and books for your downtime. We provide a high chair and a Pack and Play that doubles as a changing table for your little one

In addition to the queen size bed in the main bedroom, the sofa in the family room doubles as a queen size hide-a-bed. There is a twin size rollaway bed for your use as well. Please see our amenity list for items not mentioned here, or feel free to message us with any questions.

You ll have a personal parking place, a private entrance equipped with a keyless entry lock and personal entry code emailed to you before arrival. You'll walk down a slight hill to reach your private entrance. Your patio porch swing allows you to sit back and enjoy the 1 1/2 acres of manicured lawn that sweeps down a gentle hill. We provide some outdoor activities, such as Corn Hole and that you can use in season.

We do live in the top floor of the home, so you may hear footsteps. Our dog, Belle, likes to bark greetings to visitors. She's a Goldendoodle and a sweetheart. We abide by the same quiet time rules we ask of our guests, which is lower-level volume after 11:00 p.m.

Great property, friendly owners

Property was as described and was clean. Check in process was a breeze. You'll stay in the basement area but it's fully furnished with a private full bath and enterance. Owners live upstairs but we rarely noticed that. They were really nice and made us feel welcomed. We were running around from one place to another and were sometimes late to things so we didn't get to interact with them much unfortunately. Would definitely stay here again if they still had their house listed and they accepted the booking. You won't regret it either.

Overall place was clean and quiet. Bed was firm. Good pillows, bed linens & towels, decor, walkway lighting, views, comfortable furniture. Small shower 2 1/2 ft x 2 1/2 feet. My husband is 6ft, his head beside the shower head. Not comfortable with motion sensor in bedroom, wooden slats on the walkway, interfered with rolling suitcases. Having an honor bar where host provides snacks & beverages with a pricing sign. Everything listed on the pricing list wasn't available so how can I guarantee I wouldn't get charged for what was missing? Plus, in all the Vrbo's I have ever stayed that has freely provided snacks and beverages never charges their guests. Don't get me wrong it is nice having snacks and beverages when you are first arriving and don't have anything with you. Just felt uncomfortable with it. I removed all their beverages from the fridge after taking a photo of them. So that we could put our own things in there. Photographed the snacks but didn't touch or remove any of them. This was our first time renting a Vrbo where it is the lower half of a house & owners were upstairs. That was uneasy for me, but that is my fault I didn't read the description correctly & I was out of time to find a place. There was no lock on the bedroom door. I wished it had due to sharing a house with someone above us. Bdrm door could be locked from the kitchen side but not bdrm side. Owner are nice and quiet. If I was in a pinch I would stay again now that I knew what to expect.

Dollywood Delight

Such a cute and clean Suite and perfect location. Close to all the attractions within Sevierville TN. Our Host was so nice and so helpful.. I would recommend and would come back to stay again.

Communication failed

As with all my bookings I inquired if the property was wheelchair accessible. I was told the owner had had numerous persons in chairs had stayed with no problem. When we got to the property things were not as advertised. There is a steep walkway to get to the unit. Inside the doorway to the bathroom, we were unable to navigate it. The door is not 23" as I requested and there is a stairway that infringes on a chair making the turn to the door. The owner has placed a ramp between the bedroom and the living area. But it is too short and thus too steep. The owner, who lives upstairs, came down and had to help lift my chair over the threshold to the front door. Once the owner saw the difficulty, we were having he agreed to refund 1/2 of our rental cost. But with all the ad on charges you incur using VRBO, the refund was far short of 1/2. Due to the problems above we were unable to stay and had to spend time looking for a hotel at the late hour.

Location location location...

Love the location and convenience. Close to everything and plenty of choices in restaurants and shopping. There is really no need for a vehicle as everything was within walking range. Would definitely stay again. Very nice owners.

Sevierville Get Away

We had a very relaxing stay in this cute, cozy rental. It was very clean and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. Bed was super comfortable and the apartment was well appointed. Jim and JoAnn were great hosts, accessible for questions. We enjoyed our chats, as well. Thank you both for a pleasant, relaxing trip.

No communication

Never stayed there. He didn't get back to me to let me know we had the property so I booked elsewhere. Didn't even get my cleaning fee back and we didn't use the property. We didn't find out we had it until the day before we left . We are a 78 year old couple who wanted to know where we were staying. Rented from someone else who kept in touch the whole time

Family stay

This property is perfect for us. It has a separate bedroom for the adults, along with a sleeper sofa and roll away bed for the kids. The kitchen is stocked with all your needs. This is the second time we stayed with Jim and it was great again. The location is on the edge of Pigeon Forge right by the Tanger outlets and Five Oaks delicious breakfast. It is always clean & well maintained and Jim is always available for any questions or concerns.

Quiet comfort just off the Parkway

A clean and comfortable suite with large living area. A separate bedroom with a lovely view and light. A basement location decorated and arranged comfortably. Plenty of lights for safety indoors and outdoors. Many family fun games available
