reliable WiFi connection. With a fully equipped kitchen and charcoal grill,

you'll have everything you need to cook a delicious meal. And when you're

ready to venture out, you're just minutes from the excitement of Dollywood,

Cozy up in the heart of the inviting living room, the perfect place to relax

and unwind after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains. The warm wood accents

set the tone for a comfortable retreat, while the queen-sized sofa sleeper

provides a convenient spot to nap or watch your favorite movie on the 40"

flat-screen TV, and WiFi access keeps you connected to the world outside. The

room's focal point is the crackling gas fireplace, where you can snuggle up

with a good book or enjoy a romantic evening with loved ones.



Kitchen / Dining Room:

Prepare a delicious meal and enjoy a home-cooked breakfast, lunch, or dinner

in the fully equipped kitchen. This space is designed for cooking and

entertaining, featuring a range of modern appliances to make mealtime a

breeze. With a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, it is easy to

whip up a hearty meal or prepare snacks for the day's adventures. A coffee

maker is always ready to brew your morning cup for a warm and inviting touch.

The kitchen opens into a cozy dining area with a comfortable table for four,

perfect for sharing meals with friends and family. Dish towels, starter dish

soap, and dishwasher pods are provided.

the perfect spot to soak away stress, while the screened porch offers a

comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. A charcoal grill

is at your disposal for a delicious outdoor BBQ. For a relaxing afternoon or

evening, curl up on the cozy porch swing to sway gently in the breeze as you

take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. With its tranquil

atmosphere and abundant natural beauty, the outdoor space is perfect for

rejuvenating and reconnecting with nature.



Location/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is easily accessed by vehicle. There is level parking for two

vehicles on a concrete driveway. You will find Dollar General, Kroger, or Food

City nearby. Just 1 minute from Pigeon Forge, 15 minutes to the Smoky

Mountains, and 15 minutes to Gatlinburg. With such a great location, you're a

short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.

10am

7 Day Cancelation & Damage Fee:

You might ask yourself, what is this, and why am I paying for it? It's an

affordable travel investment that pays for itself; let us explain what it

covers:

Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason

up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

protection fee).

Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; no

worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.

Damage Coverage: This covers you up to the amount that you paid for your

damage fee on unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed

the damage fee, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit

card on file).

24-Hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance while at the property,

call us, and our team will be happy to help you at no additional charge.
