#11 Mina
Very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.

The space
This beautiful tiny home cottage has a very inviting feel. This Cottage has a king size bed, bath/shower combo and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, k cup coffee maker, hot plate with pot/pan and an air frier. From the beamed ceilings to the hardwood floors we know you will love your stay. There is also a covered deck off the back with a serene wooded view. Perfect place to sit and drink your coffee.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.

NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

Amazing Getaway

This property is very cute and cozy! Nestled in the woods, it gave us lots of privacy despite the surrounding tiny homes. The bed was comfy, bathroom had a great shower and the Keurig was a blessing. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!!

Cozy cottage

My 12 year daughter and I had the pleasure of staying at this cozy little cottage. We loved it! Was the perfect place for us to stay and spend our Thanksgiving! We will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us stay here!

Best tiny home ever!

We were so impressed with this tiny home! The first thing we noticed was how clean it was and how nice it smelled. The bed was so comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and towels. We loved the personal touches of this tiny home and the location was great for us. Plus..its ADORABLE!! The owners were great to communicate with and there were no issues. We will definitely be coming back again in the future!

Perfect For Two

Our tiny cabin was just perfect for the two of us. Quiet location surrounded by trees and a lovely back porch. Big comfortable bed and a full bath with lots of hot water. Microwave, fridge and big screen TV. Will definitely stay here again when I come to Sevierville, TN.

Beautiful 25th Anniversary Stay

We stayed in a tiny home at Long Springs and loved it! It was the perfect getaway. The grounds were woodsy and felt secluded even though there were surrounding tiny homes. It was quiet, and I loved going out the porch in the mornings. We were impressed by the wooded beams and construction, along with the solid “hobbit” door. We had everything we needed. Funny thing: My brother and his wife rented a Long Springs tiny home for the same weekend, and we didn’t know we’d booked the same place! They ended up being our neighbors, and that was a lovely surprise. Definitely, definitely would do this again!

Perfect weekend getaway for my fiancé and I to celebrate Valentine’s Day together! The tiny home was perfect - the bed was so comfortable, clean and big! this little home is perfect for a couple to get away. me and my boyfriend recently stayed and i fell in love. it was clean, easy check in/out, owners were very helpful if u needed to contact them. deffinetely would stay here again, hopefully for longer next time!!
