Regarding payment of the Park Fees:
The Park Fees payable to Park De Schatberg are included in the price and are listed as Housing Surcharge and Administration Fees. This includes access to the Park for up to two cars, access to the swimming pool for all guests, and use of all unpaid park facilities. The overnight stay fee, including tourist tax, is also included.
The Park Fees are calculated for 4 people; De Schatberg charges an additional fee for each additional person, as well as an administration fee. These amounts are listed separately on your invoice.

As your hostess, I will take care of registering you at De Schatberg and paying the Park Fees.

The rental price for the Forest Cottage is always a fixed rate, regardless of the number of people using it. There is a maximum of 7 people.

Layout of the Forest Cottage (Het Boshuisje):
The Forest House has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a large dining table.
There are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside at the front of the Chalet is a large terrace with partial canopy.
Next to the Chalet is parking for your car.
Behind the Chalet is the storage room with three bicycles, child seats and outdoor toys.
Through the gate behind the Chalet you can walk straight into the forest.

Interior:
Spacious living room with large dining table and open kitchen
Bedroom with 2-person bed 160×200
Bedroom with 2x 1-person (bunk) bed
Bedroom with 3-person bunk bed: upper bed 1-person, lower bed 2-person 120×200
Playroom for children with toys, here can be put down a camp bed on request for a baby or toddler. This room also has a folding bed so that an adult or older child can sleep there.
Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, sink, towel radiator and toilet

Outside:
Large terrace in front of the cottage with canopy, lounge set, seating area with reclining chairs and gas barbecue.
Behind the cottage another dining table with 4 chairs and play area with a large trampoline with safety net.
In the wooden shed are 3 bikes and garden cushions and outdoor toys.
