Ubicado en una ubicación absolutamente perfecta, a 50 m de 1770 foreshore, con magníficas vistas del agua que se extienden a través de Bustard Bay y 1770 frente al mar hacia 1770 marina. Un paseo de 50 m hasta el bar y restaurante The Tree es un lugar agradable para cenar o al otro lado de la calle se encuentra el parque y área de barbacoa de 1770 frente al mar de la bahía, perfecto para relajarse, nadar, pescar o practicar actividades acuáticas. Con capacidad para 9 personas en dos niveles amplios, patio cercado y que admite mascotas

    Con 3 dormitorios y un descanso con 3 camas queen y 3 camas individuales más 2 baños. Amplia vida en dos niveles.


    Arriba, encontrará la gran cocina, el comedor y la cubierta de brisa marina con magníficas vistas al océano, a la bahía ya la montaña, con muebles de exterior y barbacoa.

    El nivel inferior ofrece sala de estar de planta abierta con sala de estar y 2 dormitorios, uno con cama Queen y el otro con cama Queen y cama individual.


    Hay espacio para estacionar dos autos y un bote pequeño con la rampa para botes, literalmente, a 100 metros de distancia. El patio está cercado para que la mascota de la familia pueda venir también. (es posible que las cercas de la piscina no se adapten a mascotas muy pequeñas) Una propiedad muy popular y asequible para compartir con familiares y amigos mientras disfruta y explora esta impresionante área.

Round Hill House May 18th

had a great time, property was excellent thanks. A minor comment is that you could have a clear out to make a bit more room in cupboards. Despite all the furniture, there is a lot of clutter in the cupboards, far more miscellaneous kitchen items than you could ever use, games with missing/broken bits, etc. And you need a new cover for the BBQ. But overall, great location, lovely house, good service. many thanks

Great location

The location of this house was perfect and the views from each verandah were spectacular. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space and storage. Cleanliness needs attention as there was mould and a few cockroaches. There was also evidence of mice. There was also some rotting of steps and some boards on the verandah.

This lovely original home has been restored with character and looks better in reality than in the photos. The views from the front and rear verandahs over the water are gorgeous. The upstairs/ downstairs layout works well for a family like ours with teenagers, and it's a perfect location within walking distance to the bar and marina and cafe/ take away shops. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this home.

Round Hill House

The house itself was a lovely quaint home that was clean and welcoming. However, for what we paid we were a bit disappointed that there was no Wi-Fi and we could not pick up any phone signal. This needs to be made clear at the point of booking. We had to travel to the library on a daily basis to pick up any messages.Also, the fridge was leaking. It was advertised as a pet friendly home and so that was our deciding factor. Literally 2 weeks prior to going we were told pets had to sleep outside. We had to make very quick alternative arrangements for our small dog. This is fair enough, but again, this needs to be very clean at the beginning when first booking the property. We based our stay on being able to take our dog with us but had no idea at the beginning that he would need to sleep outside. Please in future make this more obvious from the outset. Otherwise, the house is in a lovely location, very central and amazing views. Extremely charming. Thank you.

Great beach shack

Great location and amazing views. It’s a beautiful old house with lots of character. Heaps of rooms but only one shower. Don’t forget to BYO towels (including hand towels and bath mats). The grass is the backyard was knee height when we stayed and one window doesn’t close fully but otherwise the house was well maintained. I’d stay here again but ask management to mow before our arrival.

Dust

There was a lot of dust on furniture the bbq is full of old cook buildup, a few floor boards are very unstable and the stairs are very loose

A holiday to remember

The weather was perfect for our ten night stay. The house was large enough to cater for the whole family without stepping on each other’s toes and the views from the deck are gorgeous. The only downside was the 2 garages advertised were actually only driveway spaces with no cover for the boat and car but we made it work. The ramp is only two minutes down the road and if you want an amazing meal the 1770 tree bar and grill is great and it shares the back fence of the property, so no need to worry about having to play designated driver. There is a park for the kids, two houses down the road and the beach of course is again just minutes away.
