"Hotel muy cómodo, con gran hall y muchos sofás para tomarte un tiempo con tus amigos o familia. Habitaciones muy prácticas, cómodas y grandes. Quizás me faltaría algo más de espacio para el desayuno buffet ya que, en las fechas en las que hemos ido, había muchas gente y todo el mundo se congregaba en un espacio muy concreto."

The staff were somewhat helpful; however, we were disappointed with how two issues were handled during our stay.
Upon arrival, we left our luggage in the hotel’s care, only to discover that the pull-up handle on one of our suitcases had been broken. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they did not appear particularly responsive or concerned. After raising the matter again, we were simply told that there was nothing they could do and...
"We stayed for 5 nights and would definitely book this hotel again. It was our first trip to London and the location was awesome. Super easy to get to from Heathrow and with both the St. James & Westminster tube stations nearby it was so easy to get around. The hotel was also close enough to get to many of the sights we wanted to see on foot. The staff were kind and friendly and the breakfast was good too. Very reasonably priced with a good selection."
"Restaurant food was good. Friendly staff. However, don’t rely on the shuttle to get you to the terminal. Two didn’t come so we were 40 mins late for checkin. It’s run by a 3rd party - but….."
