Perfect Seven Mile Beach Escape!

  • Nuestro condominio frente al mar está idealmente ubicado dentro del complejo de condominios estilo resort Sunset Cove en la famosa Playa de Siete Millas en Gran Caimán, el centro de entretenimiento, restaurantes y actividades en Gran Caimán.

    Nuestro condominio acaba de ser completamente renovado (completado en octubre de 2018). Todo, desde las paredes, techos, ventanas y pisos, hasta los electrodomésticos y los muebles es completamente nuevo. Durante la renovación, hemos tratado de amueblar nuestro condominio de acuerdo con los mismos estándares que esperaríamos ver en un hotel boutique. Hemos mantenido el diseño ligero, moderno, elegante y lujoso, ¡un hallazgo raro en la playa de Seven Mile!

    Situadas en el primer piso (subiendo un tramo de escaleras desde la planta baja) y a pocos metros del claro y cálido mar turquesa del Caribe, las vistas desde nuestra terraza / patio privado de gran tamaño son simplemente impresionantes, y se pueden disfrutar durante el día descansando en una de nuestras tumbonas privadas, mientras cena al aire libre o simplemente observa la puesta de sol sobre el océano frente a usted. Se puede acceder directamente a la terraza / patio desde la sala de estar de planta abierta y el dormitorio principal.

    Nuestro condominio tiene una superficie habitable de 1,600 pies cuadrados que consta de un dormitorio principal con cama king size y baño privado con ducha y lavabos dobles, un dormitorio tamaño queen con mesa de tocador, un tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales y una segunda familia baño. Todos los dormitorios tienen armarios empotrados. 6 adultos pueden dormir cómodamente en nuestro condominio, lo que lo convierte en uno de los condominios de lujo más amplios directamente en la playa de Seven Mile Beach. La nueva cocina moderna está totalmente equipada y equipada con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable: horno eléctrico, refrigerador grande con fabricador de hielo, lavaplatos, microondas, cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, hervidor y todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar una comida gourmet, incluso una cocina lenta.     Sunset Cove ofrece instalaciones y servicios que normalmente se asocian con un complejo hotelero: el complejo cuenta con 3 piscinas, incluida la piscina más grande en la playa de Seven Mile, con un snack bar en la piscina y un bar de cócteles, un área de vadeo poco profunda para niños pequeños, una cascada y dos baños calientes tinas

    Es el único resort en la playa de Seven Mile con una playa de suave arena blanca impecable que lo lleva a una zona de ensenada privada donde una pared de roca artificial forma una laguna protectora para nadar con un hermoso arrecife de coral natural para practicar snorkel justo más allá de la laguna.

    El nuevo Margaritaville Resort se encuentra a pocos pasos de distancia con nuevos restaurantes y cafés que acaban de abrir, incluido "Spread", una fantástica cafetería / bar de vinos, "Eating House 1503", un restaurante de fusión asiática, la pizzería "Frank & Lola" y una tienda minorista. salida. great beach, great location

This location was fantastic. Easily walkable to restaurants and Camana Bay. Because of the break wall the beach is fantastic - soft sand entry to the ocean which is not the case elsewhere. And the sunsets on the condo patio were breathtaking.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in the caymans at this condo. It was clean, well-appointed and had everything we needed. Close to lots of hotels and restaurants and the beach was nice and peaceful. The community paddle boards are a bit worn down, but still nice to have.

Fabulous!

What a wonderful time we had at Sunset Cove Grand Cayman. The condo was right on the beach, recently renovated and an absolute joy! The private swimming cove was a treat for sure. We got to snorkel everyday and saw an abundance of beautiful fish. Close to shopping and grocery stores. The only thing I would recommend is property management to be more available and the unit should have enough beach towels to accommodate six people. Overall I would definitely recommend Sunset Cove Unit #231 and hopefully I will be back soon.

Property needs some attention. Carpet and furniture dirty. HVAC fan rattles. Ceiling fans do not operate properly. Nice view of the ocean from balcony. Resort style pool. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Didn’t meet our expectations

The condo was nice and the view was lovely but we expected to have access to more amenities as stated in the previous hosts’ comments. The Margaritaville resort has been closed down for some time so there are no restaurants or gym available. It was a bit sleepy and next time we visit we will stay at a hotel, a lot more happening and amenities available. For the price we paid, it was not worth it. Better to stay at a nice hotel with all the restaurants and ambience they create (live bands, water toys, etc)

Great Location - Highly recommend!

The property is as described. We had a seamless check-in and out process and we were greeted with a surprise welcome basket with wine and snacks. The condo is right on the beach and you have a five-star view from the balcony. Everything is remodeled and modern. The grocery store is about a 10-15 walk or a short cab ride. The neighbors were friendly and gave us salt and pepper which we forgot to pick up. There is a bar on the property that also sells food and swimming pools. The liquor store is just outside of the property. My only issue was the hot water never really got hot. We could have called the property manager but we made due. They provide beach towels and sunscreen as well. FYI - the condo is on the second floor and is not ADA accessible.

Fantastic place!

My family and I stayed here in August of 2022. It was a fantastic place! We love sunset cover due to the location, the cove and the pool so have stayed in several units. This one is one of if not the best unit there! It’s very recently remodeled, with great decor, and you can’t beat the view. Processes with the owner and the on-site managers were seamless. I definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again!

Beautiful views in a fabulous condo!

This condo is beautifully renovated, well stocked, and very clean! The views are stunning, and a quick walk downstairs will take you directly to the beach or pool. The beds were incredibly comfortable and anything we could have possibly needed during our stay was provided- hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, etc. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance that were all delicious. It's even walkable to Camana Bay. We enjoyed the swim up bar and cute little coffee shop, Cafe' Piccolino on the grounds daily! The host is very responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. One note - the Margaritaville Resort, which Sunset Cove is connected to, is closed and appears to be under a transition of ownership and renovations. The Lazy Lizard and Bevy were both still open serving food and drinks. The closure/renovations didn't impact our stay at all, except one of the pools was closed with scaffolding around. We were still able to use the other pools, so it wasn't an issue. Our family of 4 (with 2 college age daughters) had a fantastic time and would be happy to stay here again!

Nice and relaxing

Clean and well appointed property right on a small lagoon type beach area. Not quite Seven Mile beach area but everything is very close and easy to get to by car. Funny roosters always chatting you up in the morning over coffee on the pretty balcony.

Loved it

The condo was clean, modern and comfortable. The size of the unit was perfect for 3 couples. The balcony overlooking the ocean was breathtaking! Loved the proximity to casual restaurants; the ocean was amazing. Having the rock reef was enjoyable. Snorkeling right outside of the rock wall was awesome. First time to Cayman and will for sure be back.

Amazing experience

This place is awesome! Right on the beach. Beautiful views. Comfortable with plenty of space. Perfect if you like to swim and snorkel. Amazing reefs and protected swimming are great for kids right in front of the condo. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Comfortable Condo on a lovely spot on Seven Mile Beach

Our family enjoyed a wonderful beach vacation. The condo is on the second floor and is oceanfront. There is a large patio facing the ocean with an expansive view. The condo itself is large. It is difficult to find a three bedroom on Seven Mile Beach but this one has plenty of room. We had five in our party. Sunset Cove Condos is adjoining Margaritaville Resort and you enjoy use of their facilities including the gym and pool. The beach is protected by a sea wall allowing gentle conditions for snorkeling and swimming. A stroll down the beach lets you appreciate how quiet our spot is compared to the mega-resorts and cruise ship hot spots. There are plenty of restaurants easily within walking distance.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was well maintained and the beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was set up well enough for us to prepare several meals and we had plenty of towels for both beach and shower. The location was perfect. We loved the convenience of having access to the bars and restaurants at Margaritaville. They management company was quick to reply to our questions and the check in/check out was smooth.

Amazing trip!

We had an amazing trip to Grand Cayman! We loved the condo with its awesome view! Loved being next door to the resort, we definitely used the coffee shop & pool lots! Monkey Joe & Cimboca were great restaurants within walking distance. We will be back for sure!

The most gorgeous condo ever on 7MB

This condo is gorgeous! Communication was great from the start process to finish. Lots of information sent ahead including a map to the condo/airport info/things to do/important phone numbers. We also got lucky and was able to check in by 1pm. Our welcome basket/waters/wine was an unexpected and thoughtful touch. The condo had about 6 nespresso pods/dishwashing tabs/laundry/toilet paper to begin your stay. My advice is to buy your coffee pods (nespresso not K-cups)in the US ($7.99 here stateside vs $13.99 in Cayman...I bought 3 boxes of pods with me as I love coffee lol). I would only suggest buying an extra roll of paper towels at Kirk Market if you have kids :) Otherwise everything will last you for your week stay. The condo has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms/living rooms and we were able to turn down the AC as well. The condo is stunning-the linens and decorations are what you see in a high end home magazine-so please be respectful of simply "plopping on the couch" or leaving wet items everywhere. I felt like I was in a boutique hotel-it was great :) You are within walking distance to plenty of restaurants/the grocery store/shopping. The beach is amazing and if you are an avid snorkeler you must go outside the protective cove about 400 meters towards the reef (head towards the buoy marker and go about 50 meters past that). We saw puffer fish/lion fish/queen angelfish/squid pods/spiny lobsters/southern sting rays and my favorite-a spotted eagle ray! All within a 10 minute swim from the beach :) We have stayed in other Sunset Cove Condos over the years but Louise's by far has been the best! Such an enjoyable stay!

Great condo for our first visit to Grand Cayman

We enjoyed this condo for our first visit to Grand Cayman. Our family of six had plenty of room to spread out. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It was wonderful to have the option of washer/dryer. Great location beachfront and for walking to destinations around the condo. Kris, the property manager was wonderful to work with us and met us at the condo upon check in. We highly recommended this beautiful condo for your Grand Cayman visit!
