This condo at Sunset Cove is a 3 BR, 2 bathrooms Ocean front unit on the third floor with easy access to both the pool and the beach. Daily rental rates shown are for up to 6 persons with beds (Adults/Teenagers) and maximum occupancy allowed for up to 8 persons (meaning smaller children for the additional two guest) Extra persons are $30/night/person.

Location, Location, Location!! Sunset Cove is located on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach less than one mile from the restaurants and duty-free shops in George Town. This Cayman Condo is professionally-managed Ocean Front unit offers a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, cable TV in living room and both of the bedrooms, DVD, central a/c, ceiling fans, hairdryers, safe, washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi and private balcony. Sunset Cove is a *2025 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence* property!

Property amenities include the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail pool bar, a whirlpool, and a separate shallow wading pool for small children. There is a sandy beach with a protected swimming cove as well as a snorkel reef just outside the cove to enjoy. This Seven Mile Beach property location is convenient to all the action. A variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, water sports and golf all nearby.

This was the best condo on the property. The view from the large balcony and getting to watch the sunset each day was breathtaking. Very clean and comfortable inside. Host was amazing. Quick walk out drive to anything you want or need.

Beautiful view in a quiet part of the condo complex. We love coming here because it’s the perfect beach vacation with our grandchildren. This is the second condo we’ve rented from Joe, and have not been disappointed.

Room was clean. Hot tub luke warm. Joe was were good in responding. Pool needed better up keep kind dirty When they mowed , no bagger & quite a bit went in pool, then they were dumb enough to use a leaf blower & blew more in! Grounds were neat & clean. Very nice place to stay. Within walking distance of quite a few restaurants.

Joe was communicative. We contacted him to let him know about the broken hammock and outdoor umbrella so it’s not be held liable. He informed us of a previous storm that it caused the damage. The iron table was also missing five bolts out of eight so it was wobbling dangerously..

We had a great time. We were close to Cana Bay for shopping and food. We loved snorkeling in the cove. Lots of fish and we could go in right from our beach. Definitely coming back!

Perfect place for my family! It was clean and well maintained, the unit has a storage chest with snorkels and floaties. The view was amazing and serene The protected cove allows for a sandy beach and there are schools of medium size fish all over. The snorkeling outside the cove towards the buoys was good. Lots of places to eat nearby. The host was great about answering any questions we had.

We stayed for a week in October and were are a little nervous about visiting the island during rainy season, but the weather was lovely. The condo was perfect for our family. Our group consisted of my mother in law, my sister in law, my 17 year old son, my husband, and myself. There was plenty of space for all of us and my mother-in-law absolutely loved the view from the large balcony. She enjoyed her coffee on the balcony every morning and the sunsets in the evening were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to prepare meals and we loved that we were able to do our laundry. The host was also very responsive. The pool and beach were perfect and neither were very busy. We never struggled to find a lounge chair. We also spent hours snorkeling every day. My husband and son saw nurse sharks, lobsters, flounder, sea turtles, trigger fish, and sting rays just beyond the cove. They also explored the shipwreck, which was about a 1/2 mile swim south of the cove. The only downside was the lack of towel hooks in the bathrooms and parking was a little tight. However, the price was unbelievable for all of the amenities, beautiful private beach, and gorgeous views from the balcony. It is a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. We will definitely stay in this unit when we visit the island again.

Prime spot on Seven Mile Beach!

This condo is not to be missed! From stunning ocean views, private beach (fully equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas), huge pool with swim up bar, a serene cove to snorkel in that is full of beautiful tropical fish, and more than enough space for the family - this condo is the perfect vacation spot on Grand Cayman! This condo is walking distance to fun beach restaurants like Coconut Joes, as well as ice cream shops, Cabana Bay (which has splash pads, shops, restaurants, and more!), minutes from “downtown” Seven Mile Beach, and close to many grocery stores. There are no words for how special this location was and how many memories we made on this trip. The condo has a lot of room and came with enough starter supplies to get us most of the way through our week stay. We had an issue with a drain in one shower and the owners responded immediately and sent over someone to fix it promptly. Joe was quick to respond and gave some amazing recommendations for our trip!We visited one other beach (Spotts) during our stay, but we honestly loved the beach at the condo so much that we didn’t feel like we had to go anywhere else - it’s so serene and beautiful. If you’re looking for a place on Seven Mile - this is a gem! Do not hesitate on booking this property! **please note that there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo. Totally fine for us but might be difficult for some.

The location was perfect! The cove, pool with swim up bar and inside the condo were top notch.Joe was great to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable and fit our family of 5 (three teens) perfectly.The actual condo complex could use some work and attention but the actual condo was great!

Amazing stay at Grand Cayman! Best sunset views!

This was a beautiful 3BR condo on Seven Mile Beach. The cove was perfect for snorkeling, pool was great! Plenty of lawn chairs were available at the beach & pools. It was beautifully decorated & clean. The sunset views from the balcony are amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location and view

A Great condo, complex with nice pool and man made beach,and awesome sunsets. Only a couple items were not 100% ideal. The unit was very far from the parking lot and it is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator so many steps with full hands all the time. The second thing is the units looks like it’s used hard and often so it could use a deep cleaning.

Spacious unit with gorgeous ocean views

We stayed at this property with family and were very impressed. Unit was private, quiet and has incredible ocean views and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen had everything we need, and laundry in unit was so helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay in Cayman

Our family had a great time staying at this property in Cayman. Condo was perfect for our needs with TV, internet and great views of the ocean. The pool was great for my 6 year old and the ocean area with the cove was great on the windy wavy days. Would come back and stay again in a heart beat.

The location on SMB was beautiful. Beautiful beach with snorkeling possible from the location, the pool and the swim up bar was a hit with our 30 age kids! The beds were comfortable and the availability of dishes and glassware was perfect. The ice machine was not functioning properly from day 1. The ice was watery and froze into a huge iceberg. The fan in master bedroom only worked high speed. The living room fan lacked a remote so we were unable to use. The balcony light was not functioning and the kitchen lights dimmed spontaneously. We messaged Joe on the first day and he said he would be over to repair the ice maker. Noone showed up. We have used VRBO many times and always provided basic body wash and shampoo. This was not provided, not really an issue. Cushions for the outdoor furniture would have been nice.
