"Great place to relax, from the receptionist’s to the F&B, security all the staff are friendly and polite. I arrived at breakfast when they’d just set up, plenty of choice, teh is very weak and the hot dishes were cold, especially the hash browns. Overall a present stay."

"This was our 3 rd sty at this hotel in 3 months . just loved it . The staff the pool , the great burger lab at the pool . Comfy beds , water everyday , a fridge and very helpful staff . Only complaint was the man who worked at the coffee and I understand this is not managed by the hotel ."

"Overall, a great stay and value for money. Just some notes to look into. Parts of the hotel is still undergoing reno but most of it is done. The gym is awesome although there are several dead wifi spots in the gym, eg at all the treadmills area and so u wont’ be able to tune in to your earphones/radio while using the treadmill (similar in the weights section). Airflow seems to still be a problem. Some parts of the gym is HOT, eg treadmill area. The shower area is great, however last cubicle...

"If only they can change the beddings that are obviously aged more than a decade or two, it would be a more pleasant stay because the management should know well that a good night’s sleep is the utmost priority to guests. "Overall great place, however more oriented for business stay not vacation. Very close to a Mall with food court and biggest Mall in Malaysia 5 mins grab ride. Swimming pool lovely but no parasol and limited sun beds/ chairs. Nice gym but could turn on ac. Breakfast big spread but once items are finished you have to ask for replenishment. With few improvements would have rated 5 star."
