  • Located in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and set on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This is a great base for nature lovers, wildlife enthusiast and those who are looking to explore on foot or two wheels. Within a short distance you will find Malham mentioned in the Domesday book as 'Malgun' where you can visit Malham tarn and admire the Gordale Scar complete with waterfalls. The market town of Skipton is close by where you will find various restaurants and cafes along with retails shops and the famous Skipton Castle.

    Enter the property into the kitchen/diner, a great social space to prepare a meal, equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, wine cooler. Enjoy the meal together around the dining table and plan the next days activities. Head into the lounge, with wood burner, Smart TV and comfy sofa, the perfect space to relax. Throughout the property you will notice original features including exposed beams and the hayloft ladder. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with double bed, Smart TV and en-suite wet room with shower, WC and a utility area with washing machine tucked in the wall. Venturing upstairs to the first floor, you will find the other two bedrooms which are both double bedrooms, with Smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms with shower over bath and WC. The property has air source heat pump underfloor heating throughout, and energy saving photovoltaics solar panels.
