"Beauty room with view of the city and ocean.
Can’t say enough about the staff. I booked twice because I never got a confirmation from Expedia so I tried again, then ended up with 2 reservations. The young man at the reception tried hard to help me fix the problem, while I was chatting with Expedia. He was able to to give me the booking number of the first attempt.
The property is in the mountains in Palermo, a bit far from the center, but great for relaxing. The restaurant is very good with...

"The property is in a great location, although a bit hard to find if you're driving yourself around and searching with a GPS.
Parking was convenient.
We checked in about 3pm and we tried to watch the TV, not one channel was in English😌
Later we wanted a coffee, there was no milk to be found, not even at the bar. We asked about a machine they use for breakfast, that is only available for breakfast. We could not find a tea or coffee anywhere, which is just crazy for a hotel. There was a...

"Thanks to Expedia we had great deal for a 2 night stay in the villas away from the main hotel on the seafront overlooking the beautiful bay. Unfortunately the villa my sister was allocated was poky and completely in the shade under a big tree but the friendly helpful Reception staff were able to relocate her 1 villa away from mine. However, we were very disappointed with Breakfast facilities. Given the excellent position of the hotel, we would have expected to have an option to eat outside or at...

"★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay at Mercure Palermo – Misleading Photos and Poor Room Conditions
Our experience at the Mercure Hotel in Palermo was extremely disappointing, and I would certainly not recommend this hotel.
First, the main photograph advertised on the website appears to be very misleading and does not reflect what we experienced upon arrival. In fact, I could barely recognize some of the pictures shown online. This is not an honest representation of what guests should...
