For travelers wishing to use separate beds:
-Double bed (sheets only): €20.00 incl. VAT / stay / bed (applicable when 2 or 3 travellers wish to use two separate beds or for any additional double bed prepared).

The mini Caseddu T2 of 45m² consists of:
- A bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed (160cm),
- A living room with a small open kitchen well equipped (various appliances, dishwasher, etc...)
- A permanent sofa bed (140 X 200) in the living room,
- An HD TV,
- A dining area,
- A separate toilet,
- A bathroom with bathtub,
- A large covered terrace equipped with its garden furniture,

🔒 Mandatory security deposit:
In accordance with our conditions of stay, a bank imprint (pre-authorisation) will be made on the day of check-in (€1,000.00).
This operation does not result in any immediate debit: the amount simply remains blocked by your bank.
The imprint is automatically cancelled after departure if no damage or dispute is found.
