Most of the staff was friendly, except the lady who was there on our checking date.
She was not professional or nice. It is never good to just quote company policy in a rude manner.

"When I travel to European countries from Portland, which is my home base, I park my car in my storage unit and stay at the Radison in order to catch their 24-hr shuttle to PDX. I’m usually gone for 2-3 months in Greece, Italy, or Norway, or Estonia. The departures and arrivals at PDX are often very late at night, or early in the morning, like 5 or 6 AM. The time zone change, usually 10 hours, is not something I like to manage right away, so an overnight at the Radison makes it much easier. . ."
