"We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. "

"They cabin was beautiful and more than met my expectations! The front porch was so nice with the hummingbirds coming to visit! It was so hot out but the cabin was cool and comfortable. Saw so many deer, dogs and horses! It was a great little trip! Would lo e to come down in the fall, it would be gorgeous!"

"Perfect place for our group of four. We were there for a long weekend and they had everything we needed for a quick and easy stay. "

"We took our 18 yr old here on a trip of Virginia and NC. This house was perfectly located for the hikes and tubing activities we wanted to do. Skyline drive was cool even though it was foggy and drizzling on and off all day. Into Charlottesville one day for tubing on Rivanna river. So glad we have the washer and dryer. Super clean and had extra things like kleenex, coffe and shampoo. Really felt like home. "

"Love this cottage! Great place to go with your partner, the cottage provides a lot of privacy while also being very close to communal buildings on the property. My Pug loved watching the deer in the front yard! Can’t wait to make this a regular getaway for my family. "

"We stayed here after helping our daughter and grandkids relocate overseas and needed a calm place to decompress. This home was absolutely perfect—quiet, clean, beautifully stocked, and full of thoughtful touches. The fresh linens, snacks, wine, and cozy atmosphere made us feel truly cared for. We’d definitely stay again!"

"We had a great time at the Lake House. The place had everything for our family, each kid got their own room so that’s was one less fight lol- Our dog enjoyed the extra large backyard to run around. We loved the opportunity to do some kayaking - Looking forward to go back for more days! "

"This was a beautiful apartment. It was very clean, well stocked and even included a welcome bottle of wine. The beds were comfortable and the home is centrally located to downtown Charlottesville. I would definitely stay here again! "

"It was as advertised. Although there are a few rentals on the property we never saw anyone which was great as it felt private."

"Near Monticello. There are great views! The unit is clean and comfortable. If you on the tall side, be careful of the sloped ceilings. The bed was comfortable. The shower was also nice. "

"Beautiful cabin in woods with view of mtns! Off the beaten path, but still close to anything needed. Cabin is restored from an older cabin, but has all modern conveniences. Highly recommend if looking to stay in a restored older cabin while visiting Charlottesville area."

"Such a great house with so much room!! It is also on a quiet part of Lake Anna so that the kids can enjoy swimming right off the dock as well as boating! Really nice neighborhood. We had a GREAT Family vacation. 6 adults, 3 children six and under and an infant. The kitchen is well equipped. There are fun games in the basement. There are kayaks, a canoe and a row boat as well. Will definitely go back!!!!"
