"缺點： 1.凌晨辦理入住櫃檯人員英 文溝通較不通順，當日被告知系統當機，等了一陣後順利入住，之後入住期間因故需改其他張信用卡付款，過程很不順利，雖然櫃台人員一直有確認能不能改，但還是花了幾天時間才順利改信用卡付款， 以及到了最後一天才拿到發票（因被告知系統無法列印出正確的資料，中間花了幾天時間在等發票） 2.住宿期間到餐廳吃早餐時被告知己退房，被要求到櫃台確認，最後確認是系統錯誤，才能再到餐廳用餐，內部系統似乎不完善？ 以上不確定是不是內部系統問題導致整個入住過程不是很順利 優點： 1.客戶乾淨，設備完善，房內提供的相關用品都很足夠。 2.地點非常好，大樓外就是公車及電車站牌，離展館也非常近，到巿中心或是中央車站都很便利 ..."
