"Wow what a breath of fresh air this boutique hotel was. I was in HCMC for 9 days before finding the gem. Immediately after booking I got a message from The host explaining everything clearly. Which great directions and instructions of how to find and check in. The room was very spacious and clean with a small kitchenette. The shower works very well. Tons of hidden food gems right in the alleyway! I have already rebooked for my next visit!! Thank you Mersey 🙏"

"The staff is amazing. Breakfast is one of the best I ever had staying at hostels, location is perfect for delicious food, sightseeing, massages & just walking around enjoying the beautiful city. The owner went above and beyond helping me to find a pharmacy and then even assisted putting drops of medicine in my ear. Going back in May and definitely staying here"

"Kind, responsive staff and easy self-check in. But the room had wear and tear. Some damaged, molding tile areas in the shower. Several electric outlets were not usable. There was also ant issue so I kept all food in the fridge. The tiny staircase to the loft has hard edges and corners - I even scratched my foot on the bottom edge of one of the steps. There is also a window in the loft into the building stairwell that lets in light when you’re trying to sleep. Soundproofing is not great so you...

"We did not have a chance to stay at the hotel. When we tried to check in, we were told the hotel was undergoing remodeling/reconstruction, so the room was not available. They had, however, booked us at another hotel nearby. While the new hotel was clean and the staff was nice, the room was quite small. The bed was directly against the closet. You had to climb on the bed to get access to the closet. I don't know if the new room was worse or better than the originally booked room, but I...

"This hotel was in a great area but can’t really rate it high as it felt like a hostel more than a hotel. It had one window going out to a concrete surrounded area, no access. I was worried that if a fire happened there was no chance you could get out. Definitely not for people with poor knees or COPD as no elevator and lots of stairs. No 24/7 attendants , they had a screen door that locked at night. I rely on Expedia ratings and was pretty disappointed."

"Room was clean and staff was very attentive. Main thing was the location. Property is located in a prime area, and so places were easily accessible. Only concern was the size of the room. Mine was bit short compared to other rooms but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me as I was using the room only for sleeping. Overall great room for good price. "
