"We initially stayed at UH Flat Seocho as a couple, and later extended our stay with my aunt and niece joining us.
Overall, the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation. We were happy with the facilities and the overall quality of the property.
However, we experienced several issues with staff communication and service. When we needed to move to another room for the extended stay, we were told that someone would contact us with...

"Of course! Here’s a polished version:
My stay at the hotel was exactly as advertised. The room and the entire building were exceptionally clean. I had excellent communication with the management via WhatsApp; every day, they checked in to see if anything needed attention. They took care of daily laundry, fresh sheets, and towels. We even needed an outlet adapter, and they provided one free of charge. They also brought our luggage down from the second floor, which was a big help. Everything was...

"The place is very comfortable, beautiful, modern, practical, and very well equipped. It was perfect for two people.
The service was excellent, with very clear communication and great support whenever we needed it.
The location is perfect, very close to the subway station, with plenty of convenience stores and cafés nearby, as well as a shopping mall. The area itself is very quiet and pleasant.
We had a wonderful stay, and if I ever have the chance to come back, I would definitely stay here again...
