Just 10 minutes from Clemson

The gorgeous hardwood floors give the main living room and kitchen area a warm glow and the neutral walls give a bright airy feel. Comfortable seating, a TV, a table for eating or games, a massive kitchen island, a wonderful gas stove top and more. You have the makings of a great space to spend time with your family and friends.  Enjoy the tranquil surroundings while having dinner on the deck or just relaxing at the end of the day.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in town and close to grocery stores, downtown, a marina and the hospital. The neighborhood is tucked away in a cozy area, but the street is narrow so parking along the street will be not be possible. Most folks live on this street year round and welcome guests but not excessive noise. The perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing stay!

Great home!

Great home on a quiet cove. House is very clean, roomy, and has all the kitchen equipment needed. The porch, two kayaks, and paddle board are a very nice inclusion.

Great father's day weekend

Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Responsive management. Updated and appealing to the eye. The only real con is the trek to the lake. My 80 year old parents managed but it was steep and difficult. We had a great weekend.

Awesome Place

I generally prefer to deal with owners instead of Property Management, but April was awesome. Location is superb. Super clean. Dock is situated in water deep enough to swim, although the walk up is tough. The marina is a short boat ride or drive away. I can’t wait to reserve again.

Great Keowee Home

Great home for a family gathering at the lake! Great location, wonderful dock, large well stocked kitchen, Wonderful place to get away from it wall with family and friends. Highly recommend.

Graduation Getaway

The house was the perfect setting to celebrate our son’s graduation from Clemson. We had ample space for our families and the dock was the perfect place for morning and evening chats. Great location that was peaceful yet a quick drive to the Publix and Ingles and east to Clemson campus.

Beautifully remodeled lake house!

Quick drive to Clemson, spacious li ing/dining area, awesome dock, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, huge deck with lots of seating, this place has it all!

Lovely house

Newer property, great location, nice dock, very clean and new. Paddeboard and kayaks present for use, game room downstairs is nice, overall very pleased.
