"We completely enjoyed this property and location in general. We were there for a week and had never been to the Finger Lakes before. We loved being right on the lake. The house was well stocked. It was a nice location for us. We also felt access to most things we planned to do was perfect. "

"Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep."

"This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find!"

"Love the property. The decor was fabulous, modern, up to date, the beds were amazing, the pillows , the linens, kitchen has all the things, the dining table snd chairs, very unique, the chairs comfy, the bathrooms, excellent. highly recommend and will be staying again. "

"Extremely comfortable stay! We were in the area for Keuka College’s Green & Gold weekend. This VRBO is in a great location; proximity to Penn Yan, near some of the best wineries/breweries/distilleries, and short drive to Keuka College. All the essentials and comforts of home were provided to help make our family time memorable. The space was spotless. "The property is ideal for small children, lots of room to play outside, the lake is assessable and shallow for a good distance from the shore.The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals.There are interesting places to go and see There are 6 bedrooms and sufficient beds for the listed number of visitors.It is a comfortable, but not fancy property.It fully met our expectations."

"This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway with two couples, two dogs, and an infant! Plenty of space inside, clean, and comfortable. The deck is particularly special! We made good use of the fire pit as well. It's location is fantastic: right on the lake, 30-ish minutes from Ithaca, and close to some amazing hikes, wineries, breweries, cider houses, etc. The owners provided excellent information and were very communicative. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it...

"We loved staying here and the house exceeded our expectations! By staying on the second story, the views are great and makes the space feel even larger, especially with having views every direction. The outdoor seating area was a great bonus - the fire table a wonderful surprise and perfect for fall evenings.
