"Book here if you want a modern, clean "western" style hotel that punches above it's weight. Insane value. Clean rooms, and lots of amenities with a nice public bath on the top floor. Very polite and helpful staff with an organist who plays in the lobby during midday. High quality breakfast. Afternoon snacks and a small evening meal (9:30pm) are included. The construction is very new and well maintained. Would recommend, even the more basic accomodations I selected were better than I expected."

"The Sendai Metropolitan East is an excellent hotel I've stayed at numerous times and plan on staying there again. It is extremely convenient -- right at the main Sendai Japan Rail station -- but the hotel rooms are quiet (and very clean). There is also an excellent shopping area at the station as well as many excellent restaurants for all price ranges. The breakfast is reasonably priced and generally quite good but could use a wider selection of breads. All told, I give this hotel the highest...

"初めて利用させていただきました。最後の2部屋でダブルを家族3人で利用しました。ホテルのサービス、朝食、スタッフさんなどとても良かったですが、お部屋がかなり狭めでした。夫婦でダブル、成人した息子も1人でダブル利用でしたが、正直1人でもダブルの部屋は狭く感じます(荷物を置く場所がほぼ無い)また、浴室の洗い場が4つしか無いため、時間を間違えるとかなり厳しい状態になります。このお部屋だと一泊が限度かな…と思いますが、ツインでしたらまた宿泊したいなあと思えるホテルでした。"

"Good value and location. Nice Minor issues: Amenity packs didn't contain coffee and creamer, but they were available from the front desk. Laundry dryers very slow, we dried items in the room. No under bed storage was a big issue, as I expect it from APA."
