"Tatsuno is a charming, former samurai town that is easily explored on foot. We were in the area to visit the Hijemi Castle, and were very happy to be in Tatsuno, away from the bustle of tourists.
The machiya is large, beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable...we could spread out and relax. We loved our short stay in the refurbished traditional home. "住宅地のなかにある1棟貸しの民泊です。
家につく手前の道が細くてとてもヒヤヒヤしながら通りました。
ぜひ日のあるうちに到着することをお勧めします。門は施錠なしでしたのですぐに中庭に入れました。
玄関の鍵を収納している箱のダイヤルロックが、合わせる場所がどこなのか印が分からず、また4桁の最後の列が一方向しか動かないため、解錠して玄関キーを取り出すのに時間がかかりました。
昔の日本の田舎の家なので、玄関上がり20畳ほどの大空間が開放的です。
二階も広く、数家族で泊まるには良いでしょう。少人数ては割高です。
トイレ，洗面所（広い♥）はリフォームされてて新しくサロニアのヘアアイロンもありました。
古い建物なので一階トイレと風呂場の扉は建付け悪いです。脱衣所はありません。
ホテルの清潔クオリティを求める方には、がっかりするかもしれませんが、民泊なので許容範囲かと思います。
オーナーさんはとても気さくで親切に答えてくれる方です。
