Situated on the second floor of the Seepark Sellin holiday complex, this 44 m² apartment offers a cozy home with a separate bedroom and an inviting living area. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the idyllic Sellin Lake are just 900 meters away, and a bakery and shops are within easy walking distance. A special highlight is the daily free use of the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026), promising pure relaxation. From Easter 2026, you can also look forward to a modern fitness program that combines exercise, motivation, and a holiday feeling in an inspiring way. The apartment features free Wi-Fi, bed linen, a bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains for restful nights, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom with bathtub invites you to unwind, and the open-plan kitchen with oven, coffee machine, and toaster inspires shared culinary experiences, while the TV with Sky channels provides entertainment.
