A special highlight: When booking this accommodation, you benefit from free daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World for up to three hours (excluding the period from June 29th to September 14th, 2026).

The holiday apartment is located in the Seepark Sellin complex on the second floor of a well-maintained holiday resort. Just 900 meters away, the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and the idyllic Sellin Lake invite you to linger. A bakery and shops are within easy walking distance.
The apartment boasts a bright and welcoming atmosphere and free Wi-Fi. Initial bed linens are included. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the living area offers an additional double sofa bed.
The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, and toaster provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a television, complete the amenities.
The southeast-facing balcony invites you to enjoy relaxing hours in the fresh air. The comfortable seating area and the beautiful view create a pleasant holiday atmosphere.
This non-smoking apartment allows one pet.
A bicycle storage room and a children's playground are also available for shared use within the complex.
A security deposit of €100.00 is required for this apartment. This will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided the apartment is returned in good order.
