The vacation apartment is located in the Mönchgut building in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin on the island of Rügen and offers 32 m² of living space for up to three people. It is situated on the first floor of the Seepark Sellin holiday complex and is only about 900 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, the pier, and Lake Sellin. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance of the complex.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains, as well as a living area with a double sofa bed and a television. The open, well-equipped kitchen offers everything needed for preparing meals, including a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi and a complimentary set of bed linens. The southeast-facing balcony features comfortable seating for relaxation. This is a non-smoking apartment, and one pet is allowed.

Special extras make your stay even more appealing: Guests enjoy three hours of free daily access to the swimming pool at the AHOI Water Park & Adventure World (except from June 29th to September 14th, 2026). Starting Easter 2026, guests can also enjoy a modern fitness area, which can be used free of charge and offers ideal opportunities for strength and endurance training in a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

The holiday complex also includes a bicycle storage room and a children's playground.

A security deposit of €100 is required for the apartment and will be refunded upon proper return of the apartment within five business days of departure.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
