The House Having houses 70 tastefully and comfortably furnished holiday apartments and is only a few steps away from the popular AHOI! Bathing and adventure world, an 18-hole mini golf course and the idyllic Selliner See. There is also a large adventure playground in the holiday complex. After a ten-minute walk you can reach the famous Seelin pier and the beautiful sandy beach at the foot of the cliffs. Discover great shopping opportunities along the nearby promenade Wilhelmstrasse. Or use your vacation on Rügen to visit the local Amber Museum. Each apartment in Haus Having has a WiFi, cable TV and Sky (3 channels) for a comfortable stay. Access to the apartments on the upper floors is very easy thanks to an elevator. You can park your vehicle in advance at one of the 78 underground parking spaces or alternatively for a fee in the adjacent parking lot of the municipality. On the ground floor of the Having house there is a public laundrette and a restaurant invites you to linger and enjoy. For a delightful start to the day, you can use the bread service in the morning.

Apartment 341 is located in the popular Ostseebad Sellin in Haus Having. The apartment with 20 m² of living space invites up to 2 guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the island of Rügen and to fully relax. The apartment is located in Seepark Sellin on the 2nd Upper floor of the beautiful holiday complex. The Baltic Sea, the beach and Lake Sellin are 900 m away. The bakery and the shops are within walking distance in the holiday complex. The apartment has free WiFi and the initial supply of bed linen is included. The combined living / sleeping area with blackout has a sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with shower / toilet, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. The fully equipped pantry with coffee machine and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. A TV with 3 Sky channels rounds off the good facility. After an eventful day of vacation, you can take a seat on the south-west facing balcony. Pets are not allowed in the non-smoking apartment. Guests of apartment 341 can use the bicycle storage, children's playground and elevator in the holiday complex. Enjoy relaxing days on the Baltic Sea coast.
