"The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. "Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. "

"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"I have mixed feelings about the hotel, the overall hotel is good however some of the staff are horrible! Encounter with horrible staff #1 when we checked in on June 4th Sunday at around 8pm the check in staff notified that I had to now pay extra for my daughter? I booked a double twin bed room for 2, the hotel even offered 2 person complimentary spa? And now out of the blue I have to pay this extra person charge?? "The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. "Excellent vacation location, with beautiful mountains as the perfect backdrop. Very friendly and helpful resort staff. Only minor issue was slow service in the main restaurant. My wife and I sat at a table for about 20 minutes waiting for staff to acknowledge us. Also, Pinacoladas my wife ordered had very little, if any alcohol content."
